These new habits will set the stage for long-term vibrational healing.
Week 2: Deepening Your Practice & Energy Balance
In Week 2, we continue building habits for self-healing, reinforcing your foundation while helping you find a meditation style that works for you. You’ll learn how to balance your energy using the MEPS (Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual) self-assessment, giving you a clear picture of where to focus your healing.
We’ll also explore chakras through a scientific lens, making energy-building easy and fun rather than overwhelming. This week is about setting clear goals and intentions, helping you align your practice with the life you want to create.
Week 3: The Awakening Process & Releasing Fear
As your energy shifts, the waking up process begins, which can bring moments of discomfort. This week, we focus on releasing fears and anxieties that surface as you deepen your self-healing practice. You’ll learn how to navigate these emotions with new breathwork techniques and sound vibrations to help clear stagnant energy. We’ll also reassess your goals and intentions, ensuring your healing journey stays aligned with your evolving awareness.
Week 4: Deep Healing & Higher Connection
This week, we dive into the vagus nerve and third eye, exploring how they influence your nervous system, intuition, and overall energy flow. You’ll begin shadow work and inner child healing, addressing deep-seated patterns that may be holding you back. As you strengthen your connection to your higher self, you’ll decide if this work is something you want to integrate into a lifelong healing practice. This is where transformation truly begins.

You’ll get out of it what you put into it. Lessons serve as both learning and refreshers because knowing something isn’t the same as mastering it. Healing isn’t linear, and you’ll find yourself returning to lessons as you start connecting the dots.
Think of it like a fitness class—you go at your own pace and increase the intensity as you grow.
